Once in a while, I like using a metallic lipstick as a bit of shimmer looks good on lips. MAC Rose-Dipped Metallic Lipstick didn’t look like a strong shade and I was sure it’d be quite sheer on lips. I was right, it hardly shows up but it’s ideal for when you have vivid eye shadows on. It’s not a boring shade, just that it’s not a vibrant shade of rose.
From the swatch, you can see the silver and gold shimmer. Perhaps because it is quite sheer, I found that it fades after a while. I use this under other lipsticks for some shimmer. On its own, it looks more like a lip balm on me.
