Last week, I was at MidValley doing the errand run and popped by MAC. I came out with a new lipstick, Violetta which is a bright purple. It’s not an every day lipstick as it makes quite a statement but I got a bit bored with my stash of reds, pinks, fuchsias. I was going to get Up The Amp which I have used a few tubes of but Violetta called out to me with its stronger shade and glossy finish.
I give this top marks for pigmentation and colour pay-off. It is creamy and a lot less drying than MAC’s matte lipsticks (can’t use those without a lip gloss). Violetta doesn’t fade and I am getting to like this more as I apply it.
