Dosage is recommended before breakfast or before bedtime. I’ve been ingesting it before bedtime. The first time I prepared the drink, I emptied the sachet into a full cup of room temperature water but it tasted so bland that the next time, I used just a half cup of water and it was just nice. It tastes like a milder version of Ribena, very palatable.
After finishing the entire box, I’ve not noticed an improvement in firmness but I’ve noticed that my skin tone is clearer and brighter. It seems like skin tone is more even and radiant. I’d say that is the most noticeable improvement to my complexion since I started taking the drink.

So this is your secret to your pretty skin! Its great to know this tasted like Ribena. I once sampled on Mireica and it smells so fishy, was a little difficult to take it in. Now I’m just sticking to wheat grass.
