Hair oils seems to be very popular for managing and smoothing dry hair but I found that my hair can go a bit limp when I apply oil and it’s not a product that is suitable for use every day, not for me anyway. Lucido – L Essence Water is one of the few essence water for hair that is below RM20. There are those available from salons but they cost a lot more, at least RM60.
Glycerin is an ingredient used in producing soaps and is a type of humectant. Lucido – L Essence Water contains glycerin which permeates every strand of hair. A few sprays and my hair is instantly less straw-like and manageable. It’s much more effective in smoothing my hair than oils. My hair looks more bouncy and has volume rather than looking weighed down. Has a nice fruity scent too.
Lucido – L Essence Water is 200ml/RM14.90. I bought this from AEON Wellness, seems to be cheaper there than other pharmacies.
