Pop Beauty’s tip for applying eye shadows :
Dip the tip of the applicator into the liner shade of your choice and smudge into upper and lower lash line. Use the flat sides of the applicator to dip into medium intensity shades to highlight and contour the eyelid. You can also use the edge of the applicator to light up the inner corner of the eyes. Use shadows wet for heightened color intensity.
