If there’s one thing I always do before applying a mask, it’s to exfoliate my skin first as I find that it does help with the efficacy of whatever mask I apply. Antipodes Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator’s ingredients sound like they should be in a fruit smoothie as it contains nutrient-rich avocado oil, calendula flower, cedarwood and sweet orange. As you can guess, this exfoliator smells really good.
The jojoba beads are very minute so the scrub doesn’t feel harsh at all. It’s very creamy and should be applied on damp skin. Although it feels grainy, it is extremely gentle and I believe this would be suitable even for sensitive skins which normally cannot tolerate scrubs.
I massage it all over my face avoiding the eye area, for a few seconds. Then it’s rinse off to smoother skin. Antipodes Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator retails at RM158/75ml.
