Since I stopped purchasing sheet masks, I have been rummaging through my stash of skincare samples for masks. Although I stopped purchasing Shiseido products some time ago, I have a considerably large “collection” of their skincare samples accumulated from more than a decade of being their loyal customer.
One of these samples is The Skincare Moisture Relaxing Mask. I’ve always thought of The Skincare range as a range for younger skins but I guess it can be used by anyone of whatever age if they don’t have major issues with their skin. The Moisture Relaxing Mask comes in a 50ml tub, my sample was 5ml.
This mask feels almost like a gel, very lightweight and translucent. It’s quite cooling and soothing especially if you position yourself in front of the fan. It is also one of those masks which can be used to massage your face as your fingers will glide smoothly across your face.
After 15-20 minutes, I washed it off and soft and smooth, as if I had applied moisturiser already. It’s a good quality hydration mask but then, one would expect nothing less from a brand like Shiseido.
