My bottle of hair oil was finished some time ago and I was looking for a replacement. Have always wanted to try Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Serum so I ordered Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Serum Rose on Shopee. It was from a seller in Korea, much cheaper buying from there directly than at pharmacies here. After coins redemption, the price was below RM20.
There are a few other variations of Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Serum and I guess Original is their bestseller. I went for rose because of the scent from rose damask essential oils. There are seven different kinds of oil in this serum – argan, camelia, marula, olive, jojoba, coconut and apricot oils.
The texture of this serum is certainly perfect as it isn’t thick nor is it sticky. It doesn’t have that oily feel one normally associates with hair oils. With some other hair oils I have tried previously, my hands felt oily even after rinsing off but not with this Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Serum.
After applying, my hair felt a lot smoother and easier to manage. It makes combing hair easier, less tangles. The rose scent is uuite mild but I don’t think anyone wants it to be too strong. Overall, one of the better hair oils I have ever used.
