Picture a weekend where a community of 2,000 gathers to nourish their minds, bodies and spirits in the company of others on the same journey. That is the Women Wellness Festival, founded by Diane Chia, Raja Jesrina Arshad and Sarah Lian, and this October it returns for its biggest edition yet.
After two sold-out editions, the festival grows into a full two-day experience on 3 and 4 October 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown. From 9am to 6pm each day, more than 50 workshops, talks, panels and hands-on sessions unfold across five zones and two floors, flowing between bright indoor spaces and the open air. For first-timers and returning festival-goers alike (including men), this is the year to be part of it.
The festival will be officially launched on 3 October by YB Hannah Yeoh, who returns to officiate for a second consecutive year. She is joined by a line-up of women who have shaped their fields, including squash icon Datuk Nicol David, 2X HYROX World Champion Hannah Prescott, Fitness Master Trainer Allisha Azlan, Asia’s Top Leader Dr. Jillian Yeoh and Women’s Financial Advocate, Rejina Rahim.
The Women Wellness Festival was built by three friends who each bring a different strength to the table. For Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village, the festival is about wellbeing at every stage of life. “Wellness is not something reserved for one season of life. Every stage has its own kind of vitality, and this festival is where women can rediscover that for themselves, whatever age they are and wherever they are on their journey,” she said.
Now in its third year, the festival has refined everything it offers. The team has hand-picked speakers, facilitators and instructors from across Malaysia and the region, choosing depth over volume so that every session feels worth your time. The result is a programme that spans the full picture of wellbeing, from movement and mindfulness to the conversations women do not always get to have out loud, including a first-time focus on financial wellness. There are more than 50 workshops, talks and sessions, including five zones over two floors, indoors and out, designed so attendees can move naturally between learning, movement, connection and rest.
For Jesrina Arshad, Founder and CEO of PurelyB, that growth is what makes the festival special. “What began as an idea has grown into something women return to year after year. My hope is that everyone who walks in leaves feeling stronger in themselves and reconnected to the kind of natural, rooted wellbeing that has always been part of who we are,” she said.
This year marks a new chapter for the setting too, with the festival held for the first time at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown as its official venue partner. The move gives the festival room to grow, bringing together the comfort of a world-class hotel and the warmth of a community gathering. From the workshops indoors to the calm of the poolside, the setting has been chosen to help every attendee feel looked after from the moment they arrive. That sense of belonging is exactly what the festival was created for, as Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat, explained. “The magic of this festival has always been the room full of people who show up for one another. We have created spaces to pause, to talk honestly, and to belong, and this year there is more room than ever to do exactly that,” she said.
The Women Wellness Festival is proud to be supported by its ecosystem of partners, including digital health platform NOVV, Gentle Therapy, REN Wellness, MINT Events, Muka Wellness, seca, The Cranberry Institute and SAGES. Together, they help bring the festival’s vision to life across both days. Festival Access starts from RM20 in advance, or RM30 at the door. Ticketed workshops and experiences are RM38 each in advance, or RM48 on the day.
From international speakers to master trainers, pet communicators to aging experts, Wim Hof breathwork to Qigong, crystals to rage workshops, there’s something for everyone. With a bigger programme and lower ticket prices than before, there has never been an easier time to come along. Tickets are on sale now at www.womenwellnessfest.com.
