Last night was fun, fantastic and fascinating what with the official launch of MAC Cosmetics’ Glamour Daze Holiday Color Collection. This pretty Collection celebrates the BOW with a touch of old-school Hollywood glamour. I like this Holiday Collection theme a lot more than last year’s Glitter & Ice which actually left me feeling a little cold.
Why bows? MAC says they are artful, stylish, chic, glamorous couture. They’re divinely desirable decorative for Holiday gifts and the old-school Hollywood glmorously luxurious textures found in a boudoir are reflected in MAC’s Holiday Color Collection shades and adorned on the packaging.
Guests at the specially constructed MAC Glamour Daze Boudoir at Suria KLCC Centre Court were entertained by the Glamour Daze performers with an exclusively written song for the Collection entitled “Glamour Desarmant”. I do love attending MAC Collection launches as they pull out all the stops and it’s like no expense spared to bring out a memorable performance.
I’ll go into more detail on the Collection soon with swatches of some of the products.
