I remember the reason I purchased Innisfree Green Tea Mint Fresh Scalp Conditioner was because it can be used on the scalp unlike most conditioners. This conditioner contains Jeju green tea and mint to refresh the scalp so I thought it might be cooling on the scalp but it isn’t or at least I didn’t feel any tingling effect.
It’s a good conditioner to have because it removes residue and excessive scalp sebum. Of course it can also be used on hair and it does have a softening effect on my hair. Ideal conditioner for anyone looking for deep cleansing particularly on the scalp area.
