In2It Sheer Natural Gel Foundation, In2It Sheer Natural Loose Powder

Ever since I discovered In2It products and liking what I got last year, I have been checking their shelves from time to time to see if they have anything new. A few days ago, I came across the In2It Sheer Natural Gel Foundation SPF25 PA++ which comes with a free Sheer Natural Loose Powder. I didn’t hesitate as the price was so reasonable.

There are just 2 shades of Gel Foundation – 01 Rose Beige and 02 Golden Beige. There were less of 01 than 02, I grabbed the last 01 on the shelf but there are plenty at other Watsons and Guardian outlets. There were no testers but I figured 01 would be my shade.

I like to read product descriptions, the more the better and in this case, the products have quite a lengthy and detailed product description. The Gel Foundation has no fragrance and is oil-free so perhaps it will be suitable for those with oily skins. I was sold when I read that it is waterproof and has SPF25 PA++, foundations that contain above SPF20 PA++ appeal to me.

The Sheer Natural Loose Powder has a translucent finish and silica for oil control. It comes with a puff. Apparently, it is a cooling powder but I didn’t find it particularly cooling. In fact, the Gel Foundation had more of a cooling effect than the powder.

I wasn’t expecting much from these products because of the price but they have exceeded my expectations and I found myself liking them. The Gel Foundation goes on smoothly. I have been using a brush to apply and it’s a colour match, has nice texture and fluidity without settling into fine lines.

The Loose Powder isn’t finely milled, that would be too much to expect and when I pick it up with my brush, too much tends to clump on to the brush. It’s a little difficult to tap off the excess. However, it isn’t cakey and creates a matte finish.
