When I think of skincare with Asian herbal ingredients, Sulwhasoo innediately comes to mind along with the other renowned Korean beauty brand, The History Of Whoo. Skincare with such ingredients can smell very rejuvenating and pleasant. Sulwhasoo Essential Balancing Emulsion has a fluid consistency that is light.
Mountain Peony extract helps improve skin texture while Yai Jiu Hua helps elevate skin clarity. This emulsion smells of ginseng to me but it could very well be another herb that smells similar. I like this emulsion for its skin softening properties. However it’s probably more ideal for younger skin to prevent or delay the first signs of aging.
Smelling like ginseng sounds nice.
