It looks like a toner, feels like a toner but Innisfree Soybean Energy Essence is not a toner. This is a serum which is very fluid and has a toner consistency. It contains fermented Jeju soybean essence and is a 6-in-1 rejuvenating skincare essence.
I read the online reviews here and generally they are quite good. Based on this 8ml sample, all I can say about it is that it is hydrating. You can either use it with a cotton pad or apply it with hands. As it is so fluid, I prefer to use it soaked in a cotton pad.
