Kasumi Beauty Facial Cleanser is created to cleanse and maintain the delicate balance of skin with Seaweed, Rice Bran Olive Oil, Rosemary, Sage and Chamomile. This cleanser has a gel texture and is very light and refreshing. Although it doesn’t state that it removes make-up, I have been using it to remove make-up other than eye make-up. I find it’s more effective if I wipe it off rather than rinse it off.
