Hotel Kelawai and General Manager, Michael Hanratty has won the prestigious BIZZ Award 2021 respectively from WORLDCOB for the second time since 2018 for business excellence.
The Bizz Award by WORLDCOB is an international awards programme that promotes business development worldwide, recognizing and boosting the growth of leading business and professionals in more than 130 countries across the world. According to The Bizz, all the companies chosen are completely capable of developing good businesses and end up being worthy of recognition. The winning companies and professionals are assessed by the committee based on six criteria’s such as Business Leadership, Quality of Products and Services, Management Systems, Innovation and Creativity and Results Achieved that verifies the commitment to quality and the development of a good business management system.

This award is a testament to the efforts in providing the best quality service to guests and the consistent development of the G Hotel team.
Michael Hanratty has been G Hotel’s General Manager for over 9 years now and is a huge advocate for promoting the hospitality industry since his arrival in G Hotel. Michael is an exemplary leader, adapting to different cultures and leading by example with a positive attitude. Under his guidance and leadership skills, the hotel has managed to weather the storm of lockdown, coming out stronger than ever. He has implemented creative and innovative decisions in making sure that G Hotel is a safe place for guests like emphasizing regular sanitization, investing in digital technologies to minimize contact and PPE outfits for the safety of staff and so on. Every business decision that he makes, he always ensures that the employees of G Hotel will always be well taken care of and not only that, he is a firm believer in giving back to society with the ongoing Covid Vaccinated CSR project where all the proceeds from the sale of the pins will help those in need.
