Bobbi Brown EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream

I have noticed that most customers who enter a Bobbi Brown outlet zoom in on their makeup because of course that is what the brand is most well known for but they do offer an expanding range of skincare, some of which are actually rather noteworthy, especially the cleansers.

Bobbi Brown EXTRA Skincare was launched in 2005 and a few months ago, 2 new products were introduced to the range, namely EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream & EXTRA Treatment Lotion. The products are formulated for an tested on Asian skins. These are basically hydrating products with treatment benefits as they claim to refresh and nourish skin, both instantly and over time, creating a smoother, firmer and healthier looking complexion.

EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream is a lighter version of Bobbi’s iconic Extra Repair Moisturising Balm. It’s designed for normal to dry skin types and humid climates. Yes, it is very lightweight and feels like whipped cream. It smells great, perhaps thanks to the blend of natural oils of which there are 14 in total – rapeseed oil, geranium flower oil, grapefruit peel oil, evening primrose oil, avocado oil, apricot kernel oil, wheat germ oil, jojoba seed oil, biter orange oil, grape seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, rose fruit oil, sesame seed oil and olive fruit oil.

Once applied, I can see my skin glowing and looking/feeling hydrated. The hydration level is boosted and fine lines are smoothened. EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream was produced as a result of Bobbi’s customers requests for a lighter version of Extra Repair Moisturising Balm and I’d say  EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream is ideal for our humid climate and provides enough hydration for dry skin types.

EXTRA Repair Moisture Cream retails at RM335/50ml.
