L’occitane Members’ Appreciation Day

On Labour Day morning, I was heading into the city as I wanted to check out a MAC collection exclusively available at Pavilion but suddenly, I hit gridlock along Sg. Besi and I could tell it was going to be a long crawl all the way to Jalan Bukit Bintang no thanks to road closures and the rally so I made a U-turn to MidValley since it’s L’occitane Members’ Appreciaion Day at their outlet there. I was going to skip it because I had no intention of being near MidValley on a public holiday but I was hungry and it was the most viable option.

So thank goodness I went because I collected this surprisingly generous gift set just by producing my membership card. 4 x 35ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. I take my hat off and applaud L’occitane. I have not come across any other brand that treats its members this well even without the member having to make a purchase.
