So far, there hasn’t been one Avene product I have found fault with. My favourite Avene product has to be the Micellar Lotion followed closely by the Thermal Spring Water which refreshes my skin on humid days. Then I found some of these Avene Very High Protection SPF50+ Emulsion sample tubes in my stash.
The thing about sunscreens is they last me a very long time. I can get by with just using samples and so I cannot remember when was the last time I have ever had to purchase a sunscreen. These days I veer towards the very high SPF sunscreens to prevent more brown spots from forming. At my age, they are difficult to eradicate, not that one can ever get rid of brown spots entirely of course despite the best whitening serums on the market now.
Okay, this Very High Protection SPF50+ Emulsion is like a light moisturiser. I didn’t expect to see any difference after I applied it but to my surprise, my skin looked brighter and more matte. I liked the quick absorption and the way my skin looked after.
Another good Avene product tried and tested with positive results!
I love their thermal spring water also!
