Compact foundations can be quite useful as they can be brought anywhere for touch-ups, can be used dry or wet and they generally provide pretty good coverage. ZA Perfect Fit Two-Way Foundation has undergone a reformulation in its Spring/Summer 2013 Collection.
The refill and case are sold separately but the price is still quite reasonable at RM36.90 for the refill and RM14 for the silver rectangular case which come with mirror and sponge. The sponge is soft and pliable, picks up the foundation easily.
The shade I have here is OC20, the powder/foundation codes for ZA are so similar to Shiseido’s which is of course hardly surprising. It didn’t look cakey on my skin and felt very smooth and had a natural matte finish.
However, it didn’t stay matte all day as there was some shine on my T-zone after a few hours. I guess I’ll have to bring it along in my bag for touch-ups. Otherwise, this is a good coverage compact foundation for the budget-conscious.

i used this before long time ago. it is quite good but if pile a lot it will get cakey on my dry areas. i am still keeping the box with the mirror.
