Sisley Eye and Lip Contour Balm smoothes and moisturizes the skin around the eyes and lips. It is formulated with natural plant extracts (Witch Hazel water, Tomato phytostimulines and plant protein hydrolysates) to protect the most delicate, mobile parts of the face. I wasn’t expecting the texture to be a fresh transparent gel. It functions to reduce under-eye puffiness, correct wrinkles and fine lines, fight skin dryness and provide softness and freshness.
It sinks straightaway into skin with a soothing effect. It’s actually much better than a cream which may take longer to absorb and be too rich for some skins. This one should be suitable for even oily skins as the texture is so light and refreshing.
