REDMI Buds 8 Lite, Where Practicality Meets Value

Recently launched in Malaysia to extend Xiaomi’s wide ranging AIoT portfolio were the company’s latest entry-level earbuds, REDMI Buds 8 Lite. Offered in Black, White or Blue, REDMI Buds 8 Lite are built for those who seek practicality and ease of use with fast charging, all encased in a strong exterior design.

At the core of these is a large 12.4mm titanium-diaphragm driver, bringing sound clarity combined with rich detail. Through a Bluetooth® 5.4 connection, they support both AAC and SBC audio codecs, delivering clear, high-quality audio across a range of devices. Alongside Transparency mode for maintaining awareness of surroundings, the buds feature up to 42dB wide frequency hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC). 1 Using a combination of talk and feedback microphones, ANC mode effectively detects and suppresses a broad range of low-frequency ambient noise. For outdoor calls, dual-mic AI environmental noise cancellation (ENC) comes into play, leveraging the microphone array and AI algorithms to focus on the user’s voice, even against up to 6m/s wind speeds. 3 Further echoing user preferences is the flexibility to select between 5 pre-installed EQ modes 2 to enhance bass, voice or treble, for example, and even to customize EQ tuning via Xiaomi Earbuds app.

With practicality and convenience at the forefront, REDMI Buds 8 Lite can connect to two devices simultaneously, such as a phone and a laptop, and automatically switch between these based on the call source. Moreover, designed for fast-paced lifestyles, REDMI Buds 8 Lite let the user listen to up to 2 hours of music after just 10 minutes 4 connected to a charger. Not only is fast charging offered, but REDMI Buds 8 Lite also provide long-lasting battery life, specifically up to 36 hours with the charging case. 5

Blending fast charging, classic design and convenient connectivity, REDMI Buds 8 Lite are practical option for those seeking a value-for-money audio device for everyday use.
