Surprisingly the full size version of O’slee Rosehip Hydra-White Cleansing Powder is not much bigger than the sample in this month’s MIVVA Beauty Box. The sample is 30g and the full size product is 55g/RM49.90. The only other powder cleanser I have used is Haba’s Squa Powder Wash. It’s not so convenient to mix a powder cleanser with water.
Ever since I noticed O’slee products in the drugstores, I have wanted to try something from the brand. I believe they are well known for their rosehip series. This cleansing powder is said to be able to remove blackheads and cuticles.
The powder comes out through a tiny hole in the cover of the bottle but so little of it trickles out that I just took off the whole cover, much faster that way. A very thin lather is created once the powder is added with a few drops of water. The scent is floral since the main ingredient is rosehip.
As I was massaging it on to my skin, it felt smooth and quite nice. I like this powder cleanser even if the lather isn’t as thick as I’d have liked it to be. Nevertheless, it is effective in removing my powder, foundation, blush without drying my skin but I don’t know if I would purchase the full size as it seems like a bit pricey for just 55g. Will have to see how long this 30g bottle lasts.
I did tried a few of their products before. I guess my picky doesn’t really like it =( and their products are quite pricey.
It will be really convenient to be carried around when travelling.
Yeah, this one is quite good actually.
