One of the reasons why I never tire of receiving a MIVVA Beauty Box has as much to do with the people behind MIVVA as the contents of their boxes. They are very nice as they always reply me emails even when all I do is send them the link to my blog post. This month, the lovely people at MIVVA have sent me their July beauty box with the theme “My Pamper Kit” for review.
While it’s mostly about skincare in this month’s box, I am glad to see at least one make-up product and it’s something I have always wanted. I have passed by this brand’s counter countless times and always felt tempted to pick up one of their eyeshadows. Well, this month my wish has been granted by MIVVA – someone there read my mind?
Let’s see what they have in this month’s box which has a different design from previous months’ boxes. I like boxes with black backgrounds, makes them look kind of mysterious!
1. 2 x 3ml Re-Gen Oil (always wanted to try this!)
2. 120ml Beautymate Purifying & Hydrating Nano Toner
3. 15ml Unico Eye Lip Enriched Cream
4. 2 pcs sample set from Somang Danahan
5. 2g Elianto Ardour Shadow
6. Loofah
Given that the Beautymate Purifying & Hydrating Nano Toner (RM49.90) and Unico Eye Lip Enriched Cream (RM98.80) are both full sized products, these products make this month’s MIVVA box well worth the subscription fee. It’s very commendable that MIVVA always makes an effort to provide full-sized products in their boxes which is why their boxes always look full to the brim without having to resort to stuffing it with shredded paper etc.

I’ve never even heard of Somang brand before. What’s the use of Somang Danahan? That pink packet looks like Mochi~XD
This is also my 1st intro to Somang Danahan so I will let you know what it says in the product description. The ingredients are Oriental herbs. Toner contains extract from chrysanthemum indicum flower, Cyperus Rotundus Root, Red Ginseng, chuanxiong and gardenia seeds for improving blood circulation. Sounds like a Chinese medicine concoction, no?
Nice Mivva box. Classy. I can’t wait for your review on Unico Eye Lip Enriched Cream and Somang Danahan. The Re-Gen Oil is kind of watery so maybe pour it inside a container first? I kind of like the Re-Gen oil too =)
