Also in the MAC Spring Summer 2016 Makeup Trends “All” category is the Broken Dolls trend. “A little distorted, cute doll” is how the trend is described, a tendency towards an unorthodox lash this season. Mascara and lashes are now being used in an ornamental way, to give the eye and edgy feel that is full of attitude.

At the Sonia Rykiel Show @ Paris Woman Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016, Industrial Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner was blended all around the eye for a transparent, smoky effect. Feline Kohl Power Eye Pencil was applied through the waterline of upper and lower lashes to add definition, then blended over the upper lash line to intensify. Lashes were curled and followed with loads of Haute & Naughty Lash to create a chunky look. Brows were brushed upwards to simply groom.
