So I dropped by MAC MidValley after lunch yesterday to check out the Charlotte Olympia Collection and the 1st thing I noticed was that both the Lipmix has been sold out and it’s only been a few days since the collection became available. I think customers here really love any red lip products especially something as unique as Lipmix.
Lipmix is an opaque cream formula used to customize colour for the lips. It contains soothing emollients to help condition with a light, creamy texture and vanillin for flavour. It can also be used as a pigment addition to any emollient-based cosmetic product to create new effects. Use it anywhere on the skin, although not recommended near the eyes. These are packaged in Charlotte’s signature gold spider’s web.
I tried on Crimson and it’s a dark deep red but so drying. I had to ask for Lip Conditioner to apply over it in order to feel comfortable. Beautiful shade but I wouldn’t be able to wear this on its own as it is too matte and shows the lines on my lips.
