Hada Labo Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion is used like a toner, right after cleansing. Hada Labo recommends patting it on to skin but I prefer using a cotton pad as I find it easier and faster. This is quite a fluid lotion, it feels very hydrating and my skin is moist after it has been applied.
The purpose of this lotion is not only to store, lock and replenish moisture. It also works on combating blemishes and conditioning skin’s sebum production. It has a special formulation of Hatomugi, Bishop’s Weed, Chamomile Flower Extracts & Hyaluronic Acid.
