I should have checked out Essence Stay With Me Longlasting Lipgloss the first time I went to Cocicoci but better late than never. This one (Trendsetter) was in Fabulous Finds’ September box. Now this is indeed a fabulous find as it is a flattering shade, my kind of shade anyway. It looks different when used on its own and when applied over lipstick.
It is creamy and gives a lovely shine and sheen. The applicator is hourglass shaped which is fine with me. I like the compact size as I can fit it nicely into my pockets on days I don’t carry a handbag. There’s a candy scent which I don’t mind but people who are rather sensitive to scents may not like this.
Actually, I think it looks better on its own than over lipstick as the colour is brighter and less subdued. At just RM10.90 for 4ml, this is one drugstore lipgloss I would happily purchase. I like this shade a lot, more than I expected to when I opened the Fabulous Finds September box.
