If you’re a chocolate lover or you’re looking for fun activities for your kids during the holidays or weekends, you might want to consider participating in Harriston Chocolate’s chocolate workshop for adults and kids over the age of 3. The workshop incorporates 4 processes and will keep your kids engrossed for at least an hour, if not more.

The session begins with putting in chopped nuts, raisins, coloured sprinkles into chocolate moulds and then using a piping bag to cover up with chocolate ganache. Once done, wait for the chocolate to harden.

Next, participants make their own lollipops by learning how to pour melted chocolate on to a piece of paper or use a piping bag to achieve the desired results. The process includes inserting sticks into the chocolate mixture and removing the chocolate once it has hardened. During this process, you can use as many types of chocolate as you like.

The third process involves chocolate painting where participants learn how to coat biscuits by dipping into melted chocolate or pouring melted chocolate over the biscuits. Then decorate the biscuits with the toppings provided such as sprinkles.
