Generally, who doesn’t prefer liquid foundations that come in classy looking glass bottles with a pump that feel quite sturdy compared to tubes where the foundation has to be squeezed out. However the pump should work properly. Unfortunately, the foundation in my bottle of Catrice Even Skin Tone Beautifying Foundation doesn’t come out that cleanly as residue keeps getting stuck to the sides of the pump which is really annoying.
Packaging aside, this foundation is quite useful for hot and humid climates as it has SPF 25. It may not be everyone’s idea of the perfect textured foundation as it is rather thick. I’d say it blends well but still the texture is a bit too thick for my liking. Nevertheless, coverage is medium to full. It conceals my dark spots, imperfections, redness much to my satisfaction.
Since it is so creamy, I expected a meltdown in humid conditions but it held its own even without any makeup setting spray. This is shade 020 Beige Rose and it fits my complexion very nicely.
