SOMERSBY APPLE CIDER GIN FIZZ
• Mix 50ml honey syrup with hot water, shake vigorously until honey dissolves
• Fill ice in cocktail shaker • Add 60ml gin, 15ml lime juice and dissolved honey syrup
• Shake well and top it up with 80-100ml Somersby Apple Cider
• Optional garnishes: Apple matchsticks and thyme springs

• Fill a glass with ice
• Mix equal parts of Somersby Apple Cider & Carlsberg
