L’Oreal Paris Rouge Signature Liquid Lipstick is a collection of 12 ultra-matte lip inks that combine bold colour with a super-lightweight finish, for the ultimate bare-lip sensation. The oil-in-water formula lets lips breathe. I thought it was surprisingly not drying despite it having a matte texture. My shade is “I Represent”, a vivid fuchsia that certainly makes lips make a statement.
The applicator is very good as it is angled nicely to deposit the right amount of lipstick on to lips. Can’t really ask for much more in a matte liquid lipstick as it is long-lasting without excessively drying my lips like most other matte lipsticks. Colour pay-off and pigments are excellent.
