One of the Wycon Cosmetics makeup I was drawn to was their Soft Mousse Eyeshadow as these can be quite useful – you can use them on their own or as a base for powder eyeshadow which of course enhances the intensity of the powder eyeshadow. There are 4 shades of these Wycon Cosmetics Soft Mousse Eyeshadow.
I like them all as they are so neutral and can be used under any of my many neutral powder eyeshadows. I wonder if the pink one can be used on the cheeks as well. At RM43/5ml, they are more or less the same price as mousse eyeshadows in drugstores.
