The brand re-interprets the traditional beauty formulas used in the royal court of Korea throughout the centuries. The Jinyul Balancer contains red wild ginseng and safflower podium, it’s combining herbs and plants with modern technologies.
Jinyul Balancer is a toner but it’s not that fluid so can be poured on to palms without any worry that it’ll seep through fingers. The opening of the bottle is quite small. Skin feels much softer and hydrated once this has been patted on. The last time I checked (which was over a year ago), this 150ml bottle was RM320, price could have increased by now.
