With Matte, Baby-Faced Skin Trending On Runways, Kiehl’s Helps Its Oilier Customers Achieve “The Look”

At the Spring 2013 NY Fashion Week shows, Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs and Jason Wu – each exhibited their distinct fashions with one consistent trend – matte, baby-faced skin.  An exciting trend for many women but statistically, this trend will be tough to follow as over 56% of people globally have normal to oily skin[1].

To meet the needs of its demanding customers around the world, Kiehl’s has a solution.  Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Oil-Free line is an effective daily regimen to visibly reduce oil on skin, without stripping the skin of essential moisture.  Ultra Facial Oil-Free is a clinically proven range to balance skin in as little as 1 week[2].  

According to New York based makeup artist Fabiola Arancibia[3], “powders aren’t necessarily the best solution for oily skin, and definitely not long term.
