In Step 1 & 3, the Activating Mascara Base & Top Coat are used. This activating mascara formula was formulated to adhere and envelop the loose fibers for the look of false lashes. Instantly, the rich, creamy formula conditions while creating ultra black lashes for a rich, lash-tint effect. The unique wand was specifically designed to curl and coat lashes without removing the fibers.
Step 2 involves applying the weightless, down-like Nylon Lash Fibers which have been specifically treated to cling comfortably to lashes all day long.
Used together, the Activating Mascara Base & Top Coat and Nylon Lash Fibers create a dramatic, false eyelash effect.
