The beauty scene here is going to get even more interesting and exciting with the arrival of NYX Cosmetics at Sephora later this month. There have been so many new brands introduced at Sephora since they opened their flagship outlet at Starhill last year that I wonder how they manage to find the space to accommodate all the latest products.
Named after the Greek goddess who ruled the night, NYX (pronounced “niks”) was founded in 1999 by Toni Ko who had been involved in color cosmetics since she was a teenager. Her vision was to create and share a line of cosmetics that provided quality products at approachable prices.
The number of products and colors offered by NYX is simply mind-boggling. I didn’t even know where to start when I saw some of the products that had been brought in for the preview and these were only a small portion of what is available in the States. Just the eye products alone can keep my attention for a long, long time, not to mention the incredible array of lip products.
Their makeup sets have everything a girl needs for a complete look. If I had to choose just one, I’m sure it’d take me ages to make up my mind. Their Nude On Nude Makeup Set contains 20 neutral eyeshadows and 10 vibrant lip colors (image below).
Choices, choices and more choices……
Our beauty choices will increase ten-fold or more once NYX Cosmetics arrives at Sephora.
