Anyway, Sisley Floral Toning Lotion is alcohol-free and very gentle on skin. I feel an immediate boost in skin hydration when this lightly scented rose toner is applied. This is a very luxurious toner which no doubt comes at a premium price.
Yeah, it does sound like the Melvita floral water but maybe the amount of ingredients put in are different? Must smell lovely too?
Very mild scent, can hardly smell it.
