Red Seal Natural Toothpaste Launched

dsc_2164If you stop to think about it, of all the personal care products we use, the one we should most be concerned about is our toothpaste as we ingest it. With the launch of Red Seal Toothpaste from New Zealand, we have a safer and more natural brushing experience. You would also be even more concerned about the toothpaste your kids use so it’s great to have more natural ingredient toothpastes.

Red Seal Toothpaste replaces harmful chemicals such as parabens, triclosan, microbeads and artificial colours and flavours with more natural herbal extracts and essential oils like eucalyptus, aniseed and peppermint. The combination of ingredients makes the toothpaste highly alkaline (ph>8), creating and environment discouraging the growth of bacteria.

One example of a unique ingredient originates from the Totara tree, a native tree of New Zealand. Totarol Oil is a naturally occurring plant extract that comes from recycled Totara. Totarol is a natural alternative for reducing bad bacteria in our mouth.

The natural toothpaste range has a calcium carbonate base which naturally rebuilds, or remineralises, the teeth. Red Seal has a 99% market share in the herbal toothpaste category in New Zealand. It is also available in Australia, China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, across the Pacific and now Malaysia.

Prices of Red Seal Toothpaste range from RM18.70 to RM28.20. They are available exclusively at Caring pharmacies nationwide.
