It’s been some time since my last review of a Neogence product. Neogence Hyaluronic Acid Deeply Moisturising Lotion is a toner which softens and hydrates skin as it contains 1.97 times more hydrating extract than before and Xeradin™ which enhances the skin’s ability to retain moisture.
Neogence Hyaluronic Acid Deeply Moisturising Lotion can be applied with a cotton pad or with palms. This is a very fluid, non-sticky toner which indeed improves my skin’s hydration level and preps my skin to receive subsequent skincare. It’s one of those toners which is perfect for pouring on to compressed DIY masks. In general, Neogence is a good brand which offers solutions for every skin problem.
