Neesya Lumi Brightening Gel Cleanser isn’t a make-up remover but it can be used as the 2nd step in double cleansing for all skin types. It’s not a foam cleanser and is very gentle on skin. The gel is quite thick and concentrated so you don’t need a lot each time.
You can either apply it on to damp face or add it with a little water for a very mild lather. Formulated with Silver Vine Extract and Alpha-Melight® & extract of Hamamelis, Aloe and Vitamin B5 to hydrate and soften skin. This cleanser works best with the rest of Neesya’s Lumi range formulated for skin brightening. It’s a good cleanser because it doesn’t tighten my skin and I like the gel texture.
