On-site activities saw captivating performances by a lineup of talented individuals from Taylor’s Music Club and local up-and-coming musicians such as Heartstrings, a Duckie-themed ‘Hook-A-Duck’ activity to redeem exclusive duckie merchandise, unique vendors such as Mew Movement (live caricature photobooth), Flower Bars and many more

“Taylor’s Music Club was where many of us found a home for our passion for music and we believe that music has the power to inspire change and uplift communities. As it was evident that we wanted to initiate an event for a purpose greater than ourselves this year, we activated a festival that celebrated performers of diverse backgrounds and that explored fundraising avenues – an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact for the Dignity for Children Foundation, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to providing holistic care and educational opportunities for the lives of underserved children.

We are overwhelmed by the support we received from the community members, sponsors such as Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad, Big A Productions (M) Sdn Bhd, Buga Buga Burger Bar, Country Farms Organics, LANEIGE Malaysia and Quintagen and local businesses and individuals who came together to make “More Than Just Music” a resounding success,“ said Bernice Lee Tyzz Chii, President of Taylor’s Music Club 2023.

The success of “More Than Just Music” serves as a reminder that when a community comes together with a shared passion for music and a commitment to a greater purpose, they can make a significant impact. This event not only celebrated the universal language of music but also showcased the incredible potential of collaboration and compassion.
