Many cafes offer loyalty programs to attract regular customers. After all, with so many cafes in every mall and outside, it’s getting increasingly harder to get repeat customers and the best customers are the ones who visit your cafe at least 3-5 times a week and even better if they come twice a day. I think that one of the better cafe loyalty programs is the Jamaica Blue Caribbean Crew Loyalty Program because you earn points for every Ringgit spent, whether you spend on beverages or foods such as lasagna, sandwiches or salads and once you reach 100 points, you get to redeem a complimentary coffee of your choice (small size hot beverage).
When I received the Jamaica Blue card and registered online, I was already entitled to a complimentary small hot beverage and on my birthday month, a complimentary slice of cake as well. How nice! I chose a Vienna (black) coffee and a Jamaica Blue Special cake which is a wonderful and delectable combination of chocolate and coffee, it’s incredibly soft and luscious. They even serve it with whipped cream, how thoughtful.
