Hada Labo has once again announced its collaboration with Women of Will (WoW) and Watsons for its ‘We Care For Society’ campaign in an effort to raise funds for the underprivileged B40 women and to also spread love by distributing Raya cookies to the underprivileged community in conjunction with the Hari Raya celebration.
As part of this campaign twenty B40 women under the care of WoW will be commissioned to bake 40,000 pieces of cookies for the underprivileged community. These cookies will be distributed to 300 families staying in the People’s Housing Projects around Klang Valley.
According to WOW’s Chief Operating Officer Lakshwin Muruga, the B40 women who will be supported through this fund have a household income of less than RM2,500 and are struggling to make ends meet due to the current pandemic.
“We are happy to collaborate with Hada Labo for the second year, and this collaboration has brought some relief to the B40 women during this time of the pandemic. Baking Raya cookies this year will be even more meaningful as we will be helping Hada Labo spread Raya cheer and love with cookies distributed to the needy. Apart from that our B40 women bakers will also be earning extra income from this initiative,” said Lakshwin.
The selected B40 women bakers are currently residing in the Batu Muda People’s Housing Project located in Jalan, Ipoh, Sentul.
Through this collaboration, Hada Labo will donate RM1 from the sales proceed of every Hada Labo lotion sold at Watsons outlets nationwide from 1st – 31st May, 2021 to the campaign fund.

The lotion is to be used right after cleansing to hydrate and prepare the skin as well as to ensure better absorption of the subsequent products. Apart from that, it can also be used prior to putting on makeup to achieve a smoother, even and long-lasting make up effect. The Premium Whitening Lotion is free of fragrance, mineral oil, alcohol, colorant and animal derivatives.
