I found it interesting that Guardian chose to launch their new Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Hair & Body Collection at Core Design Gallery in SS15 Subang Jaya but there was a good reason for the venue. After the introduction to the range, we were led upstairs where we were given the presentation proper and shown posters of key ingredients in the products.
Guardian Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Hair & Body Collection gets its name from the combination of three 100% eco-certified oils that are the next wave in moisturizing hair and skin care – Babassu Oil from Latin America, Baobao Oil from Africa and Chufa Oil from France. This collection if believed to be among the first hair and body care ranges to harness the power of these exotic oils. Every variant in the Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Hair & Body Collection is further enriched with two additional moisturisers for five times the moisturizing benefits.
All three variants for both Body Wash and hair care range of Hair Shampoo, Hair Conditioner and Hair Elixir are formulated with botanical ingredients enriched with Trio Oil. The products are free from harmful ingredients such as parabens, artificial colorants and silicone.
The key ingredients in Guardian Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Hair & Body Collection :-
Babassu Oil from Latin America has moisturizing properties , especially ideal for hair moisturization. It contains five fatty acids as well as Vitamin E and phytosterols which act as anti-oxidant aBgents.
Baobab Oil is an ancient beauty secret of Africa. It’s laden with Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids that promote healthy skin and hair.
The 3rd oil is Chufa Oil, a mainstay of Mediterranean beauty. It contains Omega 6 & 9 as well as Vitamin E.
The Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Bath Collection consists of three variants to suit different targeted and intensive needs, namely Whitening, Moisturising and Deep Cleansing. The Whitening variant is enriched with apricot kernels and licorice extracts for gentle exfoliation (this is the one I most want to try), the Moisturising variant has added olive oil and Vitamin E to boost the moisturizing effects of Trio Oil while the Gentle Cleansing variant has Cherry Blossom extract.
Three variants are also available for the Botaneco Garden Trio Oil Shampoo & Conditioner – Smooth & Silky Shampoo & Conditioner with calendula extract to tame coarse and frizzy hair, Repair & Strengthen Shampoo & Conditioner with magnolia extract for damaged hair and Hair Fall Control Shampoo & Conditioner to strengthen hair and reduce hair fall due to breakage.
In addition to three exotic oils, the Hair Elixir is enriched with Chamomile extract to deliver ten types of hair benefits.
Prices range from RM3.80 to RM19.90.
I just bought the Trio Oil Moisturising Body Wash to try with my voucher and to my surprise it has the same olive fragrance as Body Shop’s Olive Bath & Shower Gel but yet it costs very much less than the one from Body Shop!
It is also very effective as my skin felt very soft and moisturised after that … and it also got rid of the dry skin patch on my elbows without the need to apply any extra body cream!
I would highly recommend this. For those on a budget, it can be an alternative or a replacement for the one from Body Shop.
