Not all facial foams are effective in removing all traces of make-up even if it’s non-waterproof make-up. I am not one of those diligent enough to double cleanse my face so I’d stick with a foam cleanser that can remove make-up without me having to resort to another cleanser first.
Biore Makeup Remover Facial Foam produces thick foam but I wouldn’t use this to remove eye make-up as it takes some effort to remove with just a foam cleanser but it does remove everything else – foundation, powder, blush. While it didn’t seem like my skin was squeaky clean, I didn’t see any traces of make-up residue when I wiped my face with toner afterwards.
I like this too, I always bring it with me when I’m traveling so that I can save some luggage space and weight.
