The program’s opening ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Azhan bin Md Amir, Deputy Secretary General (Management), at the National Museum Square today.

Art Show Program: Music, Arts, Education, and Unity 2025 is an in reach program of the Music Museum, now entering its third year of organization, and continues to show encouraging support from various parties including higher education institutions, government agencies, art practitioners, and the local community.

This year, the program continues with strategic collaboration between the Music Museum and its collaborative partners, including Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Pahang Museum, and the Army Music Training Center (PUZIDA). Also participating are industry players and art practitioners from various backgrounds, bringing diversity to the world of music and local performance arts.

The Music Art Show 2025 program continues to present a fresh approach in line with current developments. It combines four main elements, namely Music, Art, Education, and Unity, highlighting the diversity of Malaysia’s musical heritage, including performing arts and creative technology, as well as the application of knowledge and learning in the arts.

Various interesting activities have been prepared for visitors, including an Art Show Exhibition featuring Student Works from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a Gamelan Musical Instrument Collection Exhibition, and a Bagpipe and Bugle Collection Exhibition from the Army’s collection.

In addition to exhibitions, various activities and supplementary programs are also carried out until December. These include Bicara@Muzium Muzik, Pocket Talk / Art Talk, five series of Gamelan Workshops, and musical instrument conservation demonstrations that provide visitors with the opportunity to learn about the restoration process and appreciate the cultural value of the nation’s traditional music heritage.
