A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Normally, I don’t use whitening skincare as much as those for anti-aging but when I received SKII Genoptics Aura Essence, I started using it immediately and have been applying it twice a day for over a month.

I like the shape of the bottle and the dropper. Just twist shut the cap and the dropper fills up with the essence, how convenient and time-saving. I’m pleased with the results – more radiant and less dull-looking skin. Also, the milky texture is very nice and it actually feels rather hydrating too. It’s an effective whitening serum!
