Part of Laneige White Plus Renew range, the Skin Refiner is the toner. Unlike most toners though, the consistency of this one is not as runny/fluid. In fact, if I didn’t inform you that it was a toner, you might think it’s a serum just looking at what comes out of the bottle.
It’s thick enough to place some on your palm and apply it in pressing or patting motions but I prefer to pour it on to a cotton pad. Hydrating but I doubt it will brighten skin on its own without being supplemented by the White Plus Renew Serum.
I really thought that it’s a serum instead of a toner!
