When I am looking for body care products, I have a few scent that I really love for their purposes and also the memories they induce in me.
i) lemongrass-my number favourite as it is a must insect repellent as mosquitoes just loves to suck my blood and leaves me with itchy bites that wouldn’t go away for months
ii) lavender-it relaxes me and make have a good night sleep now
iii) orange oil- it always remind me of my naive childhood where everything is so simple and the reason I stop drinking milk because I only want ‘orange juice’. *my poor mum*
iv) camphor oil&eucalyptus oil-remind me of the trusted Axe Brand medicated oil where I would be holding the bottle and sniff it until i slept because my heads was almost breaking into pieces. It was the only ‘scent’ in the good old times that help me in times of ‘sickness’ until I get introduce to other scents
v) vanilla- the fresh smell reminds me of ice cream and all the sweet things in life
vi) chocolates-love the smell of dark chocolates because I usually ‘treat’ myself with chocolates or get it as gift and it brings me much happiness.
vii)honey-I do love the sweet smell that honey gives off without the ‘sugar’ kind of smell
viii)musk-it smell like bread
x) green tea-love the smell and it remind me of time to have ‘time off’ from my work
Most people would love rose but some would dislike it because the scent remind them of the ‘bad’ memories. Our brains do keep this ‘scent’ and link it with our memories. So for me, these few scents remind me of nice things that have been apart of my memories and past ^^.
I am attracted to lavender and lemon!
I also love chocolate scent, butterscotch scent, vanilla scent, cotton candy scent as well!
